Annual reports
The first reporting period ends on 31 December 2026. The annual report and the financial statements are published here within 30 days of approval by the General Meeting and kept for at least five years. The report covers: what was done in each area, anonymised data on the number of children, income and expenses by source, the share of spending on the main programme, related-party transactions, a list of institutional donors, and anonymised information on child safeguarding.

How we handle funds
- Everything is free for the children. Support is provided under open criteria that are the same for everyone.
- The organization's income, property and assets are not distributed among founders, members, staff or related parties.
- Paid activity is possible only within the organization's purpose, is never the main activity and is accounted for separately.
- Transactions with related parties, including the founders and their businesses, are approved by the Board without the interested person and are disclosed in the annual report.
- The organization does not act as an intermediary in adoption or placement of children.

Complaints and reports
Concerns about misconduct, conflicts of interest or a risk to a child can be sent to info@appliedmathlab.org. Once the policies are adopted, a dedicated reporting channel, including one accessible to children, will appear here. If a child is in immediate danger in Ukraine, contact the children's services or the police on 102.
