Team

The organization was founded by three people from Odesa. On this page we publish only first names and roles; the founders' full names are in the statute.

Governing bodies

• Illia Kasadzhyk, Director of the Laboratory. Science, piano and singing, finance and reporting.
• Marharyta, Board member. Operations and documents.
• Antonina, Board member.

The Auditor and the Advisory Council will be elected later.

Who we are looking for

• A drawing teacher, under contract or as a volunteer.
• A qualified partner psychologist to supervise volunteers and help children when therapy rather than support is needed.
• Student volunteers in mathematics, physics, IT, music and art, ready to commit for a year.
• Mentors: adults who can meet a child every one or two weeks for at least a year.

Every adult is vetted (criminal record certificate, interview), trained and signs a code of conduct before the first meeting with children.
